Tesla, free energy. Whats so hard about harnessing the energy from the ionosphere?

Can someone tell me how to build something so I don’t have to pay my electric bill anymore.

Good one. That is hilarious. You’re the man. Tesla was the man but he died. Now you are the man.

Distance…it’s pretty far up there. You would have to build something which can tap into it….something probably big, like tesla had done….which is not feasible.

The ionosphere is an electric field. The thing about fields is… that they do not actually contain energy. Think about the gravitational field. By standing here in the gravity of earth, I am not actually gaining any energy.

The way that we get energy in any type of field is by moving around in that field. In a gravitational field, if I lift a heavy book up (move it), it will gain some potential energy that is released when I drop it. Likewise, if I move a piece of metal around in the ionosphere (an electric field), it will have electrical energy induced in it.

But there is one problem: The amount of energy that it takes to move the object in the field is identical to the amount of energy that it gains from being moved. So if you were to build a turbine or something that generated power from earth’s electric field, you would still have to pay to put energy into the machine, and you would end up getting the same amount or less energy out of it; you cannot get free energy.

Tesla’s patent #685957, Apparatus for the utilization of radiant energy’

If you read this patent you will find that Tesla believed all radiant radiation (light, cosmic radiation, etc.) from matter was actually composed of highly electrically energized minute particles.

This invention captures this electrical energy through a conductive and electrically insulated metal plate suspended in the air and connected to a high capacity capacitor….the other end of the capacitor was connected to earth.

The particles have a very small arc and thus a very large voltage…in fact…he had to protect the capacitor from over-voltage by using voltage monitoring devices.

Solar cells of today take advantage of this as well…

So unless you live by a river…then your next best bet for not paying your electric bill is from this radiant energy (solar)

If you really get interested in Tesla…you will find that ‘radiant energy’ meant something else to him as well…and there was a much higher energy source of it….leave that for another time…

    good luck!
