What surrounds the earth that can be made into energy?

According to documents Nikola Tesla was able to absorb energy from the ionic sphere and convert it to free energy, I was wondering what atoms or ions (I don’t know the proper term) are around us right now flowing through our bodies.

   Tesla is famous for magnetic fields.

   F = q * v * B, where B is measured in Teslas

   B = F / (q * v), which is in units of
   newtons / ( coulomb’s * meters/second )

   The formula indicates that a Tesla is proportional to a force in newtons.

   Energy = Force * Distance, so the magnetic field can apply a force and energy is produced(work is done) due to that force.
